As most of you have gathered by now, I am "into" creating webgraphics and webpages. Ulead just released the new version of PhotoImpact, and having never tried Ulead's graphics editor before, I decided now was the time.

I can think of only one word to describe PhotoImpact: WOW! I'm totally impressed! PhotoImpact has amazing capabilities, including: creating java rollovers, image compression, gif animator, creating background tiles, button designer, creating image maps and exporting the HTML, automatically generating HTML for adding backgrounds and images to webpages, and a full featured graphics editor. The very best part of PhotoImpact is that it is so EASY to use, anyone, no matter how little graphics experience they have, can use it professionally, BUT it's capabilities are so advanced a professional web designer MUST have it!
