This package from Flaming Pear includes Solar Cell, Tesselation, India Ink and FeatherGIF. Solar Cell creates fantasy suns; the controls allow you to pick each element of your images' style, or you can "roll the dice" (use the random setting) and see what happens. Tesselation turns any graphic into a seamless tile. India Ink converts colored images into shades of black and white and produces etched effects. FeatherGIF gives gifs blurry edges, cutout effects, and allows the gifs' background to show through.

I downloaded and installed the demo version. Solar Cell is truly unique; it's the predecessor of LunarCell and is strikingly similar in form and function. Many companies (as well as freeware creators) produce filters with results nearly identical to the other three Tesselation, FeatherGIF, and India Ink), but again, Flaming Pear succeeds in producing a user-friendly interface with understandable controls and helpful preview window. It is here that Flaming Pear's filters are head and shoulders above the rest.
