Canfield is another Solitaire style card game. Dan Thomas did a good job customizing it for 21st century Windows usage. It features multiple and animated card backs, multiple game versions, and hint/cheater modes that allow you to easily complete the game.

There's not much negative to say about this game either. It boasts a very small download time (less than 200KB) in addition to 32-bit Windows support. On the downside, it failed to function or even install properly in Windows 2000. The software hasn't been updated in a while, and that is definitely the contributing factor in this case.

All in all, Canfield is one of the lesser-known solitaire games. I'm glad to see that the author put some working time into it.
