WinSol Plus is another attempt at replacing good ole Windows Solitaire. And, of course every time we see similar features; sound, hints and cheats, and of course the unlimited undo feature. WinSol is another fine example of a sub-megabyte download for your gaming pleasure.

What do you get? With WinSol, you may enable cheat mode. This will show you what all the other cards look like. You cannot move them to wherever you'd like, but it does reveal a nice mystery of the game. There is also a unique variety of sound, but I found that the older software code had some troubles on my Windows 2000 system. The sound is a great idea, but its code is in dire need of an update.

There is also a hints and tips mode. By selecting this option, moves shall flash before your very eyes and you will be enlightened with the power of knowing-if you're not privy to the game of course. Another feature that didn't work in Windows 2000 was auto play. This feature is designed to allow you to sit back and watch the computer try to solve the Klondike Solitaire puzzle by itself. Once again, great idea; time for an upgrade.

There are also capabilities for unlimited undo and a nice save/load feature that allows you to stop in the middle a game and return later, just in case your boss walks in. 

All in all, it's a nice replacement for the Microsoft Version. Download and see.
