LifeTrax is designed to graphically manage your appointments, address, and tasks. It is a nifty thing to bring up on your keyboard, on the left is a calendar complete with pictures. You can search and see all the pictures available with the program by clicking on the picture. The current date is highlighted.

On the right are several tabs, just like tabs in a book, which makes changing from one thing to another very easy-you don't have to open several files. The day plan is the main means of viewing the dayís appointments and schedule. You can zoom, scroll, flag appointments that might not be showing a nd more. Day Notes allow you to enter notes on the day or whatever. Appointment page gives you the upcoming appointments in more detail than the day plan, such as address, phone numbers, etc. The address tab [thatís what itís called in the help file, but on the LifeTrax screen itís called telephone] is an address book. The task tab is for individual information. The appointment schedule tab allows you to see your appointments for the upcoming days at a glance. The task schedule tab allows you to see/edit your tasks at a glance. And the image page allows you to view the images full size. Each of these tabs have many features, but if I tried to tell you all of them, I would be trying to re-write the help file, and the author did an excellent job, so I wonít mangle it.

This is a 30 day trial version, although if you register it there is no more to download, just enter the registration number. After the 30 days, if not registered, you will be in read only mode, which means you can read data you have already added but you will not be able to add anything else.

This is an excellent program, so download it and give it a try and see if your desk isnít much cleaner, and you arenít so much more together!
