ePrompter is a free e-mail notification utility, that checks up to 8 e-mail accounts at one time. It includes AOL, which previously non of the similar programs did. It also includes Yahoo, Hotmail, Mail.com, email.com and POP3. It also includes a email notification screensaver, and a rotating tray icon, which shows you the number of messages you have whether you are online or not. And with a click, you can read your messages or delete them whether you are online or not.
When you are online you can set how often to automatically retrieve your mail, [or do it manually] and when you are off line, ePrompter can automatically dial an online connection to retrieve mail at what times you set.
Some of the features are choice of 2 audio prompts to signal you have mail, the rotating tray icon, password protection, deleting of messages-online or off, message headers or full messages-on line or off, and much more.
This is a easy to use, small but great program. Check it out, I think you’ll like it!
