Organizing information is half the problem; the other half is retrieving it. This program solves that problem through a great indexing system. Importing large files is easy and you can index the data with as many keywords as you like. There is a built in index report and a query function that lets you produce a custom report. 

You can tag any articles if you wish to print or export them; it's easy to tag and to untag.

There is no editing capacity to speak of and the cost is a little above what you might pay for other text databases, but if you work with a lot of data, you'll get your money's worth.
