It will, in short make your workload much easier if you transfer files from one computer to another either by tape, zip disks, floppies, or whatever means you use. Using File N Sync you can now be certain that all storage devices are made up-to-date with most recent files.
Yes, perhaps Windows does come with "Your Briefcase" but how many users have actually used that option? How well did it perform? File N Sync is a program that I like because it does one thing and does it well. You can select from many features to tailor your backup/sync operations and have it done in seconds!
What can you do with this program" Here's just a few features:
a.. Filtering: This allows you to Include or Exclude specific strings from the current action.
a.. File Status: This displays statistics for the files acted upon during the current action.
a.. Folder Selection: This section lets you select, browse for, and view the source and target folders.
When all is said and done, File N Sync will give you a detailed Report of the actions taken and the files that have been synced. File N Sync may be a sleeper but it is sure to awaken your files in the ease and quickness of backing up and synchronizing all your hard work!
