Download/HomepageI've looked at and seen many file viewers so I really didn't know what to expect when I first launched this tiny application. Right off the bat I liked the fact that since file viewing is accomplished through dialog boxes that never close, you never lose your place and never have to keep scrolling through a list of files, so you never lose your place as to which Directory you are at.
NewView Graphic's File Viewer has more options than you would think. You have slideshows, view multiple images automatically, dither colors, and perhaps the best features are the ability to convert file formats easily and quickly. The full Version of NewView Graphic's File Viewer has GIF support available so that you can create your GIF images royalty free. Since the full Version is licensed with Unisys, and a royalty fee is paid to Unisys by NewView, you can now save those images in this format!
So what formats are supported? Windows', OS/2, and OS/2 2.x bitmaps (.BMP,.DIB, .RLE), PCX, GIF, animated GIF, JPEG (.JPG), TIFF (.TIF), Targa (.TGA), PNG, IFF, LBM, Windows' metafiles (.WMF, .EMF), and Windows' icons and cursors (.ICO, .CUR, .ANI) are all supported (GIF is not supported in the Demo Version).
So if you want fast and small, the ability to do quite a bit , try this one out.
