PhotoTools is yet another wonderful plugin for PhotoShop. Within PhotoTools are several different effects: PhotoTexture, PhotoAnimator, PhotoGroove, PhotoCastShadow, PhotoButton, PhotoBevel, PhotoBars, PhotoEmboss, PhotoGlow, and the list goes on and on. The user interfaces are very easy to understand and apply.
