What a great word processor. In this age of standard looks and generic feels of the various word processors Jarte has taken on a different approach. 

While remaining very usable the entire interface has a unique, eye pleasing character about it which does not interfere with the main task of writing documents. Jarte features RTF and DOC support, OLE support, a spell checker, clipboard history viewer, and the advanced features of a thesaurus, encyclopedia, grammar, and quotes editing. 

It uses tabs to quickly change from document to document and even allows you to change the background appearance. The only thing that I wish it had is the ability to allow the user to make it the default RTF/DOC viewer. To do this you will have to change it manually. 

This is a great program and definitely worth a try.
