I know I've said it before but it is right, simple and uncomplicated is best. MultiUpdate is just that.

Basically it is a luxury search and replace tool for webmasters which allows you to make changes to multiple pages in one go. For instance you may have a 50 page site with the same telephone number on each page and want to change just that number. With Multi Update it's as easy as a couple of mouse clicks. There are many features such as multiple web projects, preview changes, detailed reports, case-insensitive search, subdirectory search, file backup, placement of modified files into a separate folder and undo file modifications. 

There is also a whole bunch of string operations including remove a text string, remove an interval of text (Just set the begin and end characters), replace a text string with another one, insert text after a string, insert text before a string, insert text to the beginning of a file, insert text to end of a file.

What more can I say? A very effective tool that will save you hours of work and even my granny could use it.
