I love collecting and trying new recipes, but all my paper recipe cards end up "wearing" some part (or all) of my creations! A better solution is to store recipes on your computer; Electronic Recipe Manager is a wonderful program that makes it easy!

Electronic Recipe Manager comes preloaded with over 300 food, drink, and other recipes already included. You can add your own recipes into the database either manually or by using the Storage Bin transfer utility. The software allows you to import or export recipes to share with other users. You can search your recipe database by title, ingredient, category, or any combination. Right before payday, when the cupboards are a little bare, you can search based on ingredients you have available in your kitchen! You can resize recipes by changing the serving size or specifying the factor to change the recipe. The software will also provide you with an itemized shopping list of all ingredients, including the quantities needed for all recipes.
