CoolTimeZone is like a scrolling stock market display for world time. 4 font sizes and 5 colour schemes are allowed. The window length can also be altered and Time zones are added/removed by editing a text field within the program. Aside from 3 built in times zones there is no time zone list within the program, so while this does make it harder to add more zones, it does enable you to choose the name and exact time zone offset. This can be useful, for example, as you could use peoples names as opposed to places, or even both.

One of the highlights of this program is its informative built in help, making this program quite easy to use. However, no installer is included which can make it a bit harder. Overall, if you want a constant reminder of time zones on your desktop, this program will be great.
