Email marketing is a major factor in the success of a web site and to successfully do that you need the right tool. H@ppy Responder is just such a tool.

With this software you can construct and auto run email campaigns. All email campaigns should accept unsubscribe messages. Your unsubscribe is automatically configured to accept a subject line with REMOVE ME in the subject line. You can configure Subscribe and Unsubscribe options, auto responses, pre formatted subject lines and messages, and even personalize the addressee field. All this can be done using one email address along with the configurable filters. There is a test facility where you can try out your campaign before you release it to an unsuspecting public. You can test the email message to make sure it's format and content are acceptable by clicking on the 'Send Test Message' button. This will send a message to your test email account you setup in your configuration dialogue.

Campaigns can be automated and scheduled to run quietly in the background. To run automatically just click on the Play Icon in the toolbar. The status bar at the bottom of H@ppyResponders window will tell you when it will next check your campaigns.
New to V1.2 is the ability to build a form based email on your website, the common method is to use the FREE FormMail script. This script will automatically generate an email with the form details in the message body.

A very nice tool for the webmaster to free up some time with.
