The installation was typical. It lets you easily put the program where you wanted to.

Let me start out by saying this isn't your mothers diet program! This is without a doubt the most advanced diet program on the market. It even has a 48 page pdf manual.

The food database contains the USDA Release 14 (United States Department of Agriculture) and the Canadian Nutrient file, 2001. There are over 28,000 food entries.

Progress Tracker. Kathleen's Diet Planner now lets you track your weight, your goal weight, calories eaten, ketosis levels (for you Atkins dieters), blood glucose, exercise, cholesterol and blood pressure.

It also has a photo album so you can take before and after photos of yourself.

You can manage your RDI, DRI or nutrient defaults yourself. You can also store and build recipes make shopping lists and many many other things.
