Look! Out of the blue. It’s a small program. It’s a unique little app. It’s MightyFax! Here’s a nice small application that does one thing (actually two) and does them very well. MightyFax is very easy to use so you will be up and running (sending faxes) in no time at all.

So what makes this program better or different than the others? First off it comes with its very own printer driver which means that you can be working in almost any other word processor to send your fax! So, if you like using Word, or whatever, go ahead and type within that program and when you’re ready to send it as a fax all you need to do is click on File à Print and from that Print Dialog simply choose the MightyFax Driver and away it goes!

MightyFax comes with a few cover sheets but again, if you’d rather use your favorite word processor, go right on ahead. MightyFax only works on any standard modem and has the ability to Receive faxes as well. Just click on the Receive button and wait for the fax to arrive. Any fax you send, or receive can be stored locally for later viewing if you want.

I have seen and used many other fax programs and many of them are so heavy with bells and whistles that they eventually get in the way of other programs and/or tie up your modem. MightyFax does one thing and does it well so if all you need to do is send and/or receive faxes, for the price of this program you won’t go wrong!
