Here is a tool that definitely is going to improve you computer's performance. Did you know that Windows does not always get rid of bad registry entries? In fact you are probably going to be surprised at the amount of garbage there is in there. And that garbage is slowing your machine down and making it prone to crashing.

Registry First Aid will check for invalid paths, invalid fonts. invalid help files, invalid application paths, invalid shared DLL's and obsolete start menu items. It can scan for all of these items or just the ones that you want to check for. You can specify which drives it should check for these too.

You are probably going to be amazed at the junk that has accumulated in you registry. On my machine it found over 200 items.

This program is aimed at all types of users from the novice to the advanced. The novice user can just take the defaults and be assured of a good cleanup. The advanced user can get in there and tweak things the way he/she wants.

The shareware version will only modify 12 invalid entries so to take full advantage of this program you will have to register it. The price is right though at $21.
