The installation is easy.. You can put it where you want. The setup. Well here is the story. Before you can run the program you have to give them your name and email address. Probably not to much to ask. Then of course you have to give your email settings (POP and SMTP).

From then on you can either go with the defaults or do some tweaking. I elected to try the defaults first. Believe me they have set really thought out the defaults for this program too. They have figured out how the spammers work. They have even put a bunch of them low-life suckers already in a Spammers list so that their spam will not reach you. You can add to it yourself too. (take a look at this screenshot). There is a friends list too.

There are lots of other things this program does to identify spammers. There is a BadWords list (screenshot). There is a GoodWords list.

Okay lets get down to the nits and gritties. The program looks at a whole bunch of variables then assigns a score to an email that then is acted upon depending on that score. You can adjust all of those variable's yourself.

Once it decides it has spam it then takes it from the server compresses it and stores it on your hard drive for thirty days. That is the default. You can change it to longer or shorter. Or handle it other ways.

The trick here is to get all of your friends and legitimate mailing list identified to Spam Sleuth. It's a very easy trick to. Then tweak it and Spam is Gone!!

Okay you are probably asking, "but does it really get rid of spam?" The answer is a resounding YES! This program is the answer to Spam!

Those people at Blue squirrel really know how to suck you in too. They give you 60 days to try it out. They know that after 60 days you won't want to give this program up.
