IconChanger is a program useful for assigning icons to files. IconChanger doesn't create any items in the Start menu. Don't worry if you don't find anything to click and run Icon Changer. Just click on a file whose icon you want to change. Icon Changer shows list of icons associated with the file. You can select any other icon for the file or for all files of the same type.

Icon Changer lets you find all icons in files/folders under a particular folder. File Filter can helps to restrict icon search by specifying a files types to look into.
