Submass is designed to automate the software uploading process for developers. It can use the near-standard PAD file format to load program details, and it includes an internal list of 100 sites (which is updatable). (Unregistered, your submitting is limited to 3 sites plus PAD enabled sites as well.) It fills in the program submission forms using your information, and it also remembers past settings for fields like category, which can vary considerably.

I used this program (UnRegistered) for several weeks with four programs and I was largely impressed. It was a bit of a time saver, and the list of sites is quite good.

I do feel though that the Shareware version is a bit stingy. It is hard to test out the effectiveness of the non-PAD enabled sites with only 3 enabled, especially seeing that one is a game only site. (I EMailed to ask for a code to test out the full version, but I received no reply.) However, when you consider the time that the program could save, (not to mention money the extra money that you might get,) the price is quite generous.
