CM DiskCleaner is sort of a misnomer. It should actually be called something like "CM All Around File & System Wizard". The reason is that not only CM DiskCleaner not only will clean up your files but it will optimize your Ram too.

First of all like all it warns you that you should put the files it finds that are cluttering up your computer in the recycle bin. Good idea.

There are a number of options that really set CM DiskCleaner apart from other utilities of this type. First of all it has separated the scanning into three different types. There is Disk Cleaner which does an in-depth scanning of your drives. Then there is QuickClean which will scan your computer really quickly and find excess files in internet cache, cookies, history, erase index dat files, temp, recent directory. Plus there is MRU which scans the Most Recently Used File List.

Plus CM DiskCleaner has a Application Cleaner that will clean up old application entries that are not removed by uninstallers when uninstalling an application.

No I'm not done yet. There is also the Ram optimizer that will free physical Ram.

Add to all this a lot of ways of doing things and scheduling options and you have a real winner of a program that only costs $19.95.
