This program has to be the near pinnacle of the launcher programs. It even has the ability to replace the Start Menu! It is very easy to configure, supporting addition via the context-menu and "Drag & Drop". It is especially easy to select the icon as Meta Launcher lets you select one using a slider bar.

The window can be set to appear via keyboard commands and you can then select programs/commands via a hierarchical icon system, or you can enter in a few letters and Meta Launcher will find the program for you. The program can also run commands by simply moving your mouse if you download a separate plug-in. For those looking for an enhanced start menu Meta Launcher, is worth trying.
