The installation was easy. You can install the program files where you want them.

First of all this is not just any PIM. It has lots of special features like voice recording and graphing capabilities. Besides that there is special edition for fibromyalgia patients. It also has a Nutrition section that allows you to input and save your recipes. With it you can add nutritional information of your recipe ingredients so that you can keep track of your daily nutritional factors. There is a shopping list built in so this can be a real time saver.

Of course it has all of the other things that you would expect from a PIM. It has a Diary, Reminders, Planner, and Contacts.

These are all intuitive and easy to use.

I think that you may really like this program for the "special features". Here is a quote I took off of their web site from a user:
Seems to me like an obvious PMS diary.... because it charts everything!!! They tell women with a potential hormone imbalance to keep a diary for a few months and chart their PMS symptoms and mood to see if it coincides with that time of the month.

But I've been using it as a companion to a self-help book, while I go through the grieving process ;(

I am following the exercises in the book that are meant to help you through and doing the work in my smart diary. It is a help to chart my mood and my dreams and my general health at the same time. I like charts and I like that I can see that I am slowly breaking out of my funk after all.
