Okay the first thing you want to be able to do with a program like this is to be able to add email addresses. In Dynamic Mail Communicator you can either add them one by one (gulp!) or you can import external files. You can import .txt or .mdb files. (If your email address is stored in a MS Access Database you can convert it to plain text.) I tried the exported .txt file from a PIM. It handled it with no problems whatsoever.

Besides using this program to handle your mailing list what you really want to use it for is to send personalized emails to your list. Ones that don't start out with Hi, but with your customers name. Dynamic Mail Communicator makes this part really easy after you have imported your list (or for that matter manually entered it).

Dynamic Mail Communicator supports both Plain Text and Rich Text (HTML) format. Plus you can send attachments.

Dynamic Mail Communicator has all the other bells and whistles you could want too. Like scheduling of mailings, read receipts, the ability to make and re-use draft messages, making message rules and subscribe and un-subscribe features.

In conclusion I found Dynamic Mail Communicator very intuitive, the Help file complete and the features all that anyone could wish for.
