Well the setup routine leaves a bit to be desired. Especially since there is no setup routine. You download a zipped file then you must extract the files from that into a directory of your choice then make your shortcuts. Nothing really hard to do. But unexpected.

First of all you need Windows Media Player 7 or higher to use this program.

The rest of this sucker isn't very intuitive either. You will figure of the TV station list and how to use it in a few minutes. The recording feature is going to take you longer. This is all do-able though and the program is free. So it is hard to complain too much. Take a good look at the help file.

In conclusion. The recording ability is the best thing about this program. You can watch internet TV but doing a Google search and you will find a number of webpages that will provide you clickable TV. The problem is that none that I found let you right click and snatch the url so that you can then enter it into WorldTV. Oh and another good thing is the timer. You can set up a timer to record a program
