The Installation and Setup. Lets get this straight from the
beginning, this is a sophisticated program so you have some decisions to make on
what, where and who. That said The installation and setup are intuitive and easy
enough.
How is this for short and sweet? Radix should take the business world by storm.
It is an all in one application. It does email, contact management, help desk,
knowledge base, projects, time entry, expenses, invoices, scheduling, suggestion
box, group management, to do, notes, appointments, product management, and phone
messages.
It of course will work over a network so that your whole company can co-ordinate
projects, help desk, scheduling etc.
Listen if I went into a review of each of the bundled features of Radix we would
have an encyclopedia size review. Suffice it for me to say that I have checked
out all of the Radix features and have found them to be all not only easy to use
but complete in it' features.
Here is what I recommend you do. First of all take Radix for a test drive. Set
it up for yourself see how good it is and easy to use. Then import your data
from other apps into it. Work with it awhile. I think you will find that it
makes sense to set it up for your whole company to use. One of the features that
is going to come in handy is the training videos.
In conclusion. Radix will work for your company and the way it is setup I
guarantee it will save you money in increased productivity.
