You get two language choices when you are doing the setup. They are English and German. After you have run the install and start the program for the first time you are told how long of a trial period you get. Would you believe two months? Of course the folks at AccSoft know that if you have used Account Pro Invoice for two months you are going to buy it because your whole invoice system then will be built around it.

This program can be used in two ways. Either as a stand alone invoice program or in conjunction with Account Pro (see our Review). Like Account Pro this is a professional program. It is meant for the small to medium size business.

The really good news is that you do not have to be a CPA with ten years experience to use this program. It includes a sample client file and really good .pdf help documentation.

In fact I'll bet that the even the novice bookkeeper can understand and use this program in record time. That is not to say that it isn't fully featured, it is. It is just easy to understand. Thank god. Most accounting programs of any type that I have tried have fried my brain in about an hour.
