The install isn't what we are used to these days. The download is a zip file. What you do is make a directory/folder somewhere that you want the program files to be. Then open the zipped file and put those files in the directory/folder that you just made. You have to make your own shortcuts to the program executable. Different but not that hard to do.

What you get is the most advanced newsreader on the market. Hands down.

This newsreader will download from multiple servers at the same time. It will also optimize the download in many ways. Take a look at the screen shot below.

This newsreader has so many options that the mind boggles. I don't understand at least half of them. The good news is that the defaults are probably just right for you. But for the advanced user there is everything there to tweak. The Help files and the website will give you all the information that you need to become an advanced user.

In conclusion this is the Rolls Royce of newsreaders. Nothing is better. You get 30 days to try it but I bet that you will see the benefits of NewsPro the first time you use and you will pay for the program well before the 30 day trial period ends.
