Well what have we here? The first thing we have is a model install. Not only can you put the program files where you want to, the install ends with the slickest Wizard I've seen yet. Here are the options in that Wizard:

New installation, install demo data for me.
New installation, help me with finding music on my system.
This is an existing installation.
I would like to restore a backup.

I choose: New installation, help me with finding music on my system. I was then taken to a screen that let me add in turn different folders where I might have audio files. This is really good. The reason is that I wouln't want it searching everywhere on all 4 of my hard drives (800 Gb).  It also has a locate pictures option that will try to figure out which pictures it can associate with the audio files.

Now lets get to the nits and gritties. What does it do and how well does it do it? Well what it does is puts in order all of those audio files you have on your hard drives. It makes it so that screwing around with Windows Explorer and it's search feature is in your past. No more frustration. Plus you can have a graphic associated with the database to make it look really nice. You can also install with Helium 2 the Radon player.

Here are some of the things Helium 2 can do for you. It catalogs your audio files, you can apply information from the online CDDB database, burn audio files to cd, make reports of your collection and more. (see the screenshot)

In conclusion this is an awesome tool that I heartily recommend. You are going to get a 45 day trial period so there is plenty of time to you try it out.
Try It! Buy It!
