When I first saw this I thought oh no how can you shoot baskets with a mouse? That’s what I get for thinking. This is a different twist on the "3 or more balls of the same color will disappear, and more balls will fall on the grid". [aren’t you glad I don’t name games?] Anyway, they dump a bunch of colored balls in the grid, and the difference is you throw the selected ball. [yeah the computer picks what ball you are throwing so if there is only one or two of that color that’s generally the pick] As you move the mouse, you will see a dotted line, that shows the path the ball will take.

If you don't kill some balls more drop down, and after a while this red line starts dropping. When the balls overflow the red line the game is over. If you take out all the balls the game is over also, but you can put your name on the high score list. There are 3 modes. Removal is the easiest, just removing the balls. Dividers sticks a wall in the middle of the grid with a couple of holes in it and yup the balls bounce if they hit the wall. And Sticker is the same as Removal except the balls are sticky, which means they don’t roll. There is also a demo where the game plays by itself so you can see what you are doing, or it would be good for showing kids how to play.

Within each mode you can play 3 difficulty levels. However, only novice is available in the demo mode. If you register the program, you can among other things use all skill levels, and publish your high score on the web and take place in web contests.

This is a oddly addictive game and would be good for the whole family.
