The installation of Automation Anywhere is easy and intuitive. You can place the program files where you want them and it asks if you want a desktop icon.

Well sticker shock was my first impression. I must admit that $199.95 sounds like big bucks to me. So if you just need a macro program to do some simple tasks I recommend that you look elsewhere. However that said if you are in a business situation that there are complex tasks that require automation I think that you are at the right place. My feelings about this type are program go like this. What is the learning curve? Can it really get complex tasks done at the push of a button? The answers to both is a resounding Yes!

Here is what I want you to do. I want you to download the trial version from their website. After you have it installed I want you to open the Help file and select "Tutorials and Sample Tasks" That will take you to a webpage where you will be able to use the Take tutorials and Sample Tasks. Then look over and tryout the tasks that apply to your situation. Then you will have a better idea if Automation Anywhere is for you. I predict that because of it's ease of use but clear instructions it will be well worth the money.
