A very simple but effective program for creating fractals. Unfortunately the authors' English is as bad as my Russian as this quote from the help file shows:

"Colors thus are automatically harmonized on the incorporated law preservation of the image in the any sanction. There it refers to as detailed elaboration as, than number of iteration there is more, especially fine details of a fractal will be constracted."

However the interface is intuitive and some remarkable effects can be obtained.
