Well this is an easy program to describe. What StartupMonitor does is monitor your startup programs so that when a program adds itself to your startup group a pop-up appears and asks you if you want to allow it to be added.

What would you want a program like this for? Well there is a lot of sneaky stuff out there that you really may not added to your startup group, including some really nasty stuff.

With StartupMonitor you are given a choice add it or not.

In conclusion this is a really nice program that I recommend to everyone. Also though it is Freeware you can give Mike Lin a donation, I recommend you do just that.
