Basically, Time and Chaos 6.0 is a personal assistant for time management. It manages contacts, appointments, tasks, and business documents with ease. Although manning the controls of this program takes a little time to learn, once you get familiar with where everything is located this program can help you take control of your time-management. The integration with other programs is a big plus. Originally, I was a little concerned with the price, however finding out that Time and Chaos comes with TWO years of upgrade protection for all upgrades that are released is a major plus. I have to admit, that I was quite impressed with the appointment book and the various options that you have with the scheduling of appointments and the ability to link appointments not only to contacts that you have in your contacts manager, but also a drag-n-drop feature for business documents that might be related to those important meetings or conference calls.

·         Alarm Utility – works from the moment you boot your PC, whether this program is open or not!

·         Programmed to support users with limited rights

·         Resizable screens for daily, weekly, monthly, or even yearly calendar review

·         Private records for multiple users of the same database, keeping information that needs to remain private, secure

·         Automatic Backup – every time you close this program you are prompted to backup your data

·         Automatic update – keeps your version up to date, by a simple button click

·         Various printing options and capabilities that could be extremely useful in a business setting

·         Supports World Time Server for contact’s local time, Yahoo Messenger, ICQ, Yahoo Map, AOL Messenger, and Multimap (primarily for UK users)

·         And my favorite feature – ONE SCREEN FOR EVERYTHING – look up contact information without leaving your daily calendar or task lists
