WhoCalls is a caller id box within your PC. When I first installed the program it took some manipulation to get it working with my modem, so that is why is scored so low regarding the ease of installation. Saying that first, if you go to the homepage for the website, there are pretty precise instructions for installation but lost some points for the extra steps.

I was fairly impressed with the program and the ability to customize specific numbers with pictures for the callers that I receive calls from frequently.

Although the program itself (appearance) is a little rough, it works great. The difference between the registered and unregistered versions is a couple of nag screens, one on original start and one on every 4th call, which can get quite annoying.
