The installation of Ace is easy and intuitive. You can place the program files where you want them. When you first start up Ace you are presented with the Preferences Window below.

Once you fill in some or all of that info you can get a real look at Ace. (The only requirement is your initials).
Then you get the Window below:

When you get into Ace you find out that the downloaded version is good for trial usage of 30 contacts and three users solely for your own internal needs on the computer on which this installation is being executed. Fair enough.

Now lets get into the program itself. Well what do you want out of a contact manager? I imagine that you want the ability to do a number of things efficiently and here is a important synonym intuitively. These will be, at a minimum, have a place to store some records about people and some kind of scheduling ability (calendar). Other things that you may desire are import/export abilities, the ability to construct databases and in a business situation of course that ability of handling multiple users. And sharing information.

So how does Ace stack up to these requirements? It measures up and goes way beyond them. From when you first open Ace you will see how easy it is to navigate around it. You will see how easy it is to use and also you will find out that it has any of the advanced capabilities that you might be looking for. One of the things that I didn't mention above is reports, with Ace the Reports menu contains fifteen build in reports, which can be customized in an infinite variety of ways.

Ace also has very good and fast search abilities. Plus it can be used as your email program too, with the ability to attach a copy of the email to a contacts history

One of the many nice things about Ace is that you have an option of selecting pending events to be Checked at startup, Checked once a day,
Always opened on startup, or never check.

In conclusion, if you or your company are looking for a complete solution to contact management look no further Ace is the solution.
