Granted, the solar system looks like it is brought to us by someone’s cad
program, it works out good because you can see it clearly. There are pop-up
information boxes giving you some info about a particular planet, and then a
couple of scenes of the planet, such as against the sun.
You can set the gamma control, set the graphics detail, change the video mode,
turn on random planet order, show FPS, exit on mouse move, set the information
format to English or metric, set the time format to 12 hours or 24 hours and
enable sounds. There are some numbers in the lower right hand corner I have no
idea what they are.
Sixty seconds after the screensaver starts a nag box appears in the center that
takes up about 50 to 60 per cent of the screen, that stays there hint hint.
Registering this program will give you more scenes, no nag window, free updates,
and the whole solar system on your desktop.
