This is a very neat image resizer and convector which a two year old could use. You simply select the files you want resized/converted, set the size and format you want and as a bonus you can add a watermark in any position. Next choose a prefix or suffix for the file name, if you want one, and set the destination directory you want the results saved in, press Start and that's it!
