What a super program! Easy Frame Creator does what it says, it makes creating frames and collages very easy. Each frame you create from BMP, JPEG (JPG), GIF, PCX, PSD and PNG files is highly customizable with options to alter opaqueness color or texture and you can make the frame external to the image (rectangle) or internal from a range of shapes which can be altered by width and number of segments. Also you can fill image area around the internal frames by color or texture with different values of transparency. All the customization can be seen as it happens which makes for better creativity.
