A very easy to use piece of software that will have you making amazing collages within minutes. With just a few clicks you can select your pictures, crop them (Photo Crop Editor is the perfect tool for this), apply cool edge effects, add a frame, merge them seamlessly and position and layer them anyway you like. Files can be saved as a multi-layer project for future editing. The program comes with a range of masks, frames, backgrounds, clipart and various frames available on the internet can also be used. In addition to building photo collages, Photo Collage software is also an image viewer.

This is a very easy way to create photo collages without all the hassle of cutting up photos and messing around pasting them. With this software you just choose your background(Color or image), drag the images into position choose the layer order and save. Images can be moved around until you are satisfied and layer order can also be changed.

It is a neat program that requires no graphics skills other than your imagination. Good value for money especially as future upgrades are free.
