Tweaki For Power Users is a application designed for editing and changing settings in Windows. Many of the settings this program offers to change are related to performance or security. Starting the evaluation version of the software I was greeted by a nag screen reminding me I had 2 days left to purchase. Apparently the program offers users a three day trial.

The program starts displaying a load of options there are buttons for Security, Win Tweaks(Windows settings), Windows 9x/ME, Office/XP, NT/2000/XP, or Registry and program options. Included with Tweaki is an undo button so if you make a mistake or just don't care for what you've changed you can fix it with a button click.

I went through the Security tweaks it offered and found a few I could use such as 'Restrict Information for NULL login', and 'Enable Windows Classic Shell' and applied them without a problem. I then went in to the NT/2000/XP Section and added a few more to my list of changes.

And lets face it playing around with your PC configuration is always fun its what makes your computer personal to you.

In summary Tweaki is a useful and user friendly application that offers a descent amount of choices in where and what to change and the price tag isn't bad either. The program doesn't have an included help file and theres no FAQ on their website however, I did get a fast reply from support when I emailed them.
