This is an eagle you ain't never seen before. It's a 2 headed eagle, with a crown on and armour. It is gold and pewter.

The breastplate has a warrior riding a horse. The eagle is holding an analog clock in his claws. To the sides of the breastplate and above his feet are several little things stashed in his feathers. He carries his clock from one side to another of an image of mountains.
