 WindowBlinds is a skining utility for Windows that lets you customise many parts of the Windows interface. Stardock gives out a healthy 60 day trial version in which most of the features are enabled. I began tinkering with this program and after only a few minutes had a whole new look to my desktop(and toolbars, and browser windows and media player... the list goes on.) Besides applying premade skins you can also tweak out toolbars individually allowing some freedom in the customization you do.

Windowblinds has a few configurable options all easily accessed through the main dialog where you make the changes to your system. If you don't like the few skins that come with the download you can go online to the windowblinds website or google search window blinds skins and find plenty more. There are at least enough skins on the web to change your windows skin daily.. if thats something you enjoy.

Window blinds is a affordable option for anyone looking to customise thier system and its simple enough anyone can operate it. If you are looking for a cheap easy way to make your GUI a little more personal Window blinds will do it without a headache.
