Launcher is a shortcut creation and management tool used to create shortcuts to files and folders. After some trying, I got launcher to do what it was supposed to, though it took a bit of effort on my part.

The program kept giving me an error every time I tried to use the advertised drag and drop interface, however it did let me browse to the files I wanted to create shortcuts for and add them manually. Launcher spends most of its time in your system tray.

The program includes some options, including one to remember the last window setup and the ability to change the font size and type the program uses. There is a limited help file when you need it and there's contact info on their website if you really get stuck so they do have help available.

Finally, the program is freeware, so if you give it a try and decide you don't like it or want something else there's not much to lose
