 Premium Clock is a program designed to customize your Windows clock, or add more clocks and timers to your desktop. When I first started the program it added two new clocks to my desktop as well as redesigned my existing Windows clock in the system tray.

While I like what it did with my system Tray clock, I didn't particularly care for the random additions to my Desktop (frankly, I think the gold elephant is tacky). I will say though, both the clocks I didn't want went away with a couple mouse clicks. Included with the program besides various clock and skin options are a calendar, launching the task manager and the ability to setup different alarms for various days and times.

The program is controlled by right clicking on one of the displayed clocks (I used the one in the system tray) and then choosing what you want to change. All of this is pretty straight forward and easy to understand and if you need it the included context help menu has a variety of options.

If this was just a clock with calendar and alarms I'd think the price was way overboard however with the options to add additional clocks and skining choices as well as the ability to control tasks(using the windows task manager, not one included by the way) its probably not excessively overpriced.
