Prof Shutdown is a small utility for shutting down your pc at a specified time. The program is fairly straight forward and seems to only handle one thing turning off the PC at times you setup.

There are options for only shuting down if logged on, displaying a shutdown dialog before the system shuts down and performing a shutdown on another system running the software on the network. Theres not a lot to say here, the program does basically what it claims, it shuts down the computer when you want it shut down even if your not there to do it yourself.

The program has a help file, however with its controls I don't even see the need for one. The only real fault the program has, besides its lack of additional options is its price which seems to be a bit too high.
