Actual Transparent Window Manager is a program for giving you more control of your window apperances.

The program when started, adds little buttons to the top of every current open window. Through these buttons you can adjust the windows size, transparency, alignment or even tell it to always stay on top. When you dig a bit deeper in to the programs options you can tweak about anything you like and you can apply any changes you make to either a specific programs window or to all windows for all programs.

One thing I did find minorly annoying was the frequent reminders(every time you enter or leave the setting screen) that you have 60 days to register thier program. It wasn't a big problem, but it was inconvinient to have to keep clicking okay.

Actual Transparent Window Manager includes a help file so when you get lost, as I'm sure you will in all the tweaks and settings you do have a hope of figuring out which way is up. The program rings in at 19.95 which isn't bad however I'm not really sure theres a practical application for this, even so, its a descent toy free of apparent bugs so if your inclined to do so this isn't a bad application to try.
