Minos Zip is a small and very simple utility for compressing and uncompressing .zip files. Unlike many of its competitors Minos Zip doesn't have a lot of flashy icons, and it doesn't handle many file types in fact it deals strictly with .zip files.

To spite all that it does do what a zip/unzip program should it handles .zip files well enough. One problem I did notice with this program is unrelated to its functionality and that is the button for "save zip file as" apparently wasn't laid out big enough and as such doesn't display properly. Its not so much a bug but it does detract from the programs interface and make me wonder if anything else is off.

The price here is okay if you are looking to get off a bit light on cost however when compared to even the way windows handles zip files.

It could be a little more polished. The program does include a help file and I couldn't find any bugs however, I'm not too impressed with Minos Zip if your looking for a zip utility you may want to look elsewhere.
