Registry smoker is a registry scanning program for cleaning up the windows registry.

When you start the program there is a bit of a miniwizard which asks you to agree to a e.u.l.a and then reminds you you only have seven days to try the program.

I ran a scan of my registry using the 'safe scan' option and it completed in a few seconds which I didn't consider bad. Then I pressed the 'delete selected items' button and it cleaned everything up.

All very simple and straight forward, no extra buttons no are you sure just scan and clean that's the way I like it.

In short, this program is a no frills registry cleaner that does its job and actually lets you fairly try it out without forking over a wad of cash first which is something I find nice in try before you buy' software.

All and all a good choice at a fair price, I'm kind of impressed.
